We loved the hotel facilities and the cleanliness here. Additionally, the parking is large and transportation is convenient. It was easy to access a nearby large mall with many restaurant options.

The hotel is conveniently located near a large mall with many restaurant options and is a great base if you plan to visit Chimelong Park. the rooms are clean and fresh and the staff are helpful and professional. the breakfast is outstanding with attentive service.

The hotel lacks a taxi calling service for foreigners who are not familiar with the transaction culture in the city.

The breakfast had a variety of options and was good overall. The staff was polite and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel had a great location, close to a mall and amusement parks, making it suitable for families.

This hotel provided an indulgent stay with luxurious amenities that fulfilled my every need. the service was outstanding, particularly at the Spa & wellness centre and Indoor swimming pool, with attentive staff providing fantastic body scrub and massage treatments. the swimming pool was amazing, both indoor and outdoor, with sun loungers and beach umbrellas available. the in-room breakfast was superb, with delicious restaurant options available, including special diet menus.

The only minor issue I experienced was the difficulty in finding taxis that accept cash, especially for foreigners not familiar with the transaction culture in the city. While the hotel offered a poolside snack bar and bar/lounge area, there were no BBQ facilities or a spa lounge available.
